I’m Melissa, your partner in growth.

I’m anything but your typical agency new business person…board rooms and blazers have never been my thing. 

I spent 13 years working in-house at agencies and found myself increasingly frustrated by an agency model that promoted a hustle culture instead of a culture of creativity and intense chaos over thoughtful coordination.

A model that made it impossible to grow without sacrifice.

So I wanted to reinvent the traditional agency model with a modern approach to scaling that doesn't depend on burnout.

We partner with agencies to create sustainable and profitable growth strategies that put founders back in control of their business - working with the right clients, at the right time, at the right price.
